These Terms govern your use of the Roadwiser app and this website. By using Roadwiser, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licence to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Roadwiser for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its content.

Educational purpose

Roadwiser is a study and practice tool. Its questions, road signs and situations are provided to help you learn, and they are not the official examination of any country or authority. We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but rules change, and details vary by country and region. Always confirm the current rules with your local licensing authority. Using Roadwiser does not guarantee that you will pass any test.

Accounts

You can use most of Roadwiser without an account. If you sign in for the leaderboard, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account. Do not choose a username that is offensive or impersonates someone else. We may remove usernames or accounts that break these rules.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not manipulate the leaderboard through cheating or automated means.

Advertising

Roadwiser is free and supported by ads. By using the app you understand that ads may be shown, subject to your consent choices where required by law.

Intellectual property

Roadwiser, its name, design and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Disclaimer and liability

Roadwiser is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including any outcome of a test or examination, or from reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Roadwiser after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
